Syvantae MedAffairs & Research Advisory ("Syvantae", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all applicable rules.

2. Personal Data We Collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact / enquiry form or by scheduling an appointment: name, email address, phone number, organisation, area of interest, and the content of your enquiry. We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.

When you visit our website, our servers may automatically record information your browser sends ("Log Data"): your device's IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of visit, time spent on pages, and related technical statistics. Log Data is used solely for website security, performance monitoring and improvement of user experience, and is not linked to your identity unless you have submitted the enquiry form.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the basis of your explicit, freely given consent, captured via the consent checkbox on our enquiry form. Purposes: responding to your enquiry, scheduling and conducting introductory consultations, and preparing advisory proposals you request. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications without separate consent.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may use third-party service providers strictly to operate this website, deliver email, and schedule appointments (e.g. Google Calendar for bookings). 5. Data Retention

Enquiry form data is retained for 24 months from last contact, after which it is deleted unless an advisory engagement is entered into (in which case records are retained as required under the engagement contract and Indian law).

As a data principal you have the right to: access your personal data; correct or update it; request erasure; withdraw consent at any time; nominate a representative; and raise a grievance. We apply commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures — including HTTPS encryption, access controls and secure storage — to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
